Bandy Investments... a Dallas based real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition, development and management of shopping centers, office buildings, and medical
and surgical centers in Texas and the Southern and Midwestern United States.

History.  Our firm was founded by Roland Bandy in 1970.  Since its inception, the firm has been involved in the ownership and operation of real assets with a total value in excess of $900,000,000.00  The firm currently is managed by Roland Bandy, George Morwood, and Matthew Bandy who joined the firm in 2001.


Equity Partners & Lenders.  On the equity side, Bandy Investments purchases properties primarily for it's own account in partnership with select high net worth individuals with whom Bandy Investments has long-term relationships.  As a general rule, Bandy Investments is the largest equity investor in each property purchased.  On the debt side, Bandy Investments has direct relationships with numerous banks, life insurance companies, and institutional lenders.


Tenants.  Some of the companies who have been tenants in our properties and with whom we have developed relationships over the years include retailers such as Tractor Supply, Federal Express, Kinko’s, Verizon, Subway Sandwiches, Dominos Pizza, Papa Johns Pizza, Payless ShoeSource, Family Dollar Stores, Dollar General, H&R Block, AT&T, Monarch Dental, CVS Pharmacy, Fast Signs and corporate office tenants such as Bank One, Comerica Bank, HOK Sports Design Group, Citigroup, ReMax, Intergraph Corporation, People Newspapers, A.G. Edwards, Edward Jones Co, The Dallas Cowboys, Vinmar International, Adams Resources, Sprint, Intrust Banks, Smithville Regional Hospital, Pine Creek Medical Center  and numerous U.S. Government entities.


Recent Business Strategy.  In 2004 Bandy Investments implemented a planned sales program of a large percentage of its real estate portfolio. Bandy Investments began acquiring this portfolio in 1992.  By 2007 Bandy Investments had sold approximately 1,100,000 square feet of office, retail and medical properties.  Bandy Investments currently owns and operates a number of neighborhood shopping centers, and is actively looking for and investing in real estate asset and debt pools.
